Clayton Norman
I am a therapist working with adults and adolescents, a graduate instructor at the University of Colorado Denver, and a public speaker focused on supporting therapists and educators. My work explores how creativity, play, and meaningful experiences can strengthen relationships and make therapy more engaging and effective.
Alongside my clinical practice, I teach and speak nationally about practical ways mental health professionals and educators can build deeper connections with young people. I also work with members of the Buddhist community, integrating traditional therapeutic approaches with Buddhist philosophy and mindfulness.
Outside the therapy room, I collaborate with several professional skateboard companies, providing mental health support to professional skateboarders and helping organizations care for the wellbeing of their teams.
